Limonnana Story

Limonnana, the new Kosher restaurant now open at 212 6th Street in San Francisco, offers a menu consisting of several classic Middle Eastern dishes, principally Falafel, Shawarma, and Hummus.

The original recipes for Falafel, Shawarma, and Hummus which the new restaurant features go back hundreds of years, have passed from generation to generation, and result in what all informed gourmets believe to be the best preparation of these classic dishes.

Limonnana’s task is to provide Kosher renditions of these historic food preparations with a commitment to wholly natural and prime ingredients, and the slow and attention-filled creation and presentation of these delightful dishes.

In addition to these classic offerings Limonnana also offers a variety of beverages, notably the Limonnana drink crafted specifically for this restaurant combining lemons, spearmint, and pure cane sugar as well as a variety of home-made, daily prepared salads, Kosher hot dogs, and freshly baked pita. Also featured is a selection of Middle Eastern desserts including pastries, Baklava, and Malabi.

Limonnana’s owners proudly invite one and all to come and partake in a truly exceptional culinary experience.  They absolutely believe their version of Falafel, Shawarma, and Hummus, faithfully following their age-old recipes, offers a truly delectable culinary experience.
